6 kilo honey caramellised to a medium toast

~8.5 liters quince juist

6 liters pear juice

Mangrove Jack M05 yeast


Tronozymol yeast nutrients

 

SG: 1125

It's in a bucket in my tiny kichten and I actually remembered to stir the first couple of days!

Update November 28: it's at SG 1060 now. I'm hoping to get it to at least 1030, but dryer and backsweetening would be fine.
